We work with all grades of steel, including mild steel and specialist applications, and carry out welding using MIG, TIG, and flux‑cored processes. This allows us to select the right method for strength, finish, and performance depending on how the component will be used.

Fabrication is completed using strong, purpose‑built fixturing to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and correct alignment throughout the build process. This approach delivers consistent results across one‑off jobs and ongoing production work.

Our boilermakers work closely with our engineering team, ensuring designs are practical, buildable, and correctly executed on the floor. This collaboration helps resolve issues early, improves fit‑up, and results in components that perform as intended in real‑world conditions.
